Why did I build GuriGO?

I started developing it because as a driver I face the same problems every day that a trucker has to deal with.

Working time and driving time. Daily and weekly rests. Shifts. Border crossings. Pallets. Fuel stops. Documents. Expiring papers. And all of this often at the end of a long working day.

I was looking for an app that handles these simply, from a driver's point of view – but I couldn't find one the way I wanted it.

So I started building it.

That's how GuriGO was born.

For drivers, by a driver

One of the most important aspects of developing GuriGO is that the app fits real trucking work.

The goal is not for the driver to spend all day tapping on an app.

"As little data entry as possible, as much useful information as possible."

Many features made it into GuriGO because I needed them in my own work. Others are born directly from the feedback of drivers who use GuriGO.

Developing GuriGO

Trucking is still my main job, so I don't sit in front of a computer all day.

I develop GuriGO alongside work, but I work on it continuously. New features, fixes and ideas keep landing in it.

Although I develop GuriGO on my own, the live service doesn't run on my home computer – it uses professional cloud and hosting infrastructure. Read more →

If you have a question, a problem or an idea about GuriGO, feel free to write.

I try to reply to messages within 24 hours at the latest – but usually much sooner.

If someone finds a bug, I try to fix it as fast as possible.

You won't be talking to a remote customer service desk. I'll be the one answering.
