GuriGO is available in the following forms:
GuriGO is a helper tool for recording working, driving and rest times. It is not an official tachograph, not a government register, and does not replace legally required documentation.
GuriGO is a helper tool, not an official tachograph evaluation system or legal advice. We do not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. Calculations and alerts are for information only; you are responsible for checking recorded data and complying with traffic and employment rules.
Compliance with driving, rest and traffic rules is solely your responsibility. This applies in particular to EU Regulation 561/2006, AETR, national highway codes and local rules in your country.
A user account is required for full functionality. You may sign in with:
You are responsible for the security of your account and the confidentiality of your access credentials. You must not use the service on behalf of another person or without authorisation.
Account deletion can be started in the app. Deletion starts with a 14-day withdrawal period during which you may cancel the request. After that period, the account and deletable related data are permanently removed.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription in Stripe or Apple; you must also cancel the subscription where you purchased it so it does not renew.

The Provider reserves the right to delete accounts that have been inactive and unused for an extended period — for example at least 6 months — and related deletable data. Before deletion we send prior notice to the registered email address and allow a reasonable period to keep the account or sign in again.
Basic features may be used free of charge or with limits (“Free” plan). Some features require a Pro subscription.
Documents, images and document photos uploaded on the Documents tab are kept for 6 weeks (42 days) by default without an archival subscription. This retention rule does not apply to recorded work-day entries (e.g. start, end, border crossing, driving and working time data); see the Privacy Policy.
Prices and conditions valid at purchase are shown clearly in the app and/or on the payment page (Stripe, App Store) before you buy.
After registration, new users are entitled to a one-time, 6-week / 42-day free Pro trial. Pro features are available during the trial. The trial alone does not start an automatic paid subscription. If the trial fails to activate correctly due to a technical error, contact info@gurigo.eu.
Abusive repeated use of the trial may be restricted.
When the trial ends without a paid subscription, the account may revert to the Free plan.
Pro is a monthly auto-renewing subscription that unlocks Pro features.
Archival is a monthly auto-renewing subscription.
Pro and Archival are two independent subscription packages. The user may choose to purchase Pro only, Archival only, or both together.
The Archival subscription applies only to documents, images and document photos uploaded on the Documents tab. It does not apply to recorded work-day entries such as start, end, border crossing, driving and working time data, or other logged events; the 6-week document photo retention rule does not apply to those.
Without an archival subscription, the default retention for documents on the Documents tab is 6 weeks / 42 days. With an active Archival subscription, documents are retained for the active subscription period. After the Archival subscription ends, a 1-week grace period applies; documents older than 6 weeks may then be deleted automatically.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in the relevant channel (Stripe customer portal / app Subscription page, or Apple ID → Subscriptions).
As a general rule, the Provider does not offer voluntary refunds for a paid and activated subscription period. After cancellation, the subscription remains fully usable until the end of the period already paid for, then does not renew.
This does not affect mandatory consumer rights under law or claims arising from incorrect or duplicate charges.
For Apple In-App Purchase, purchase, payment, receipt and refund processes are handled by Apple’s systems.
Stripe subscriptions may be cancelled on the app Subscription page, via the Stripe customer portal, or at info@gurigo.eu.
Data you enter remains your content. The Provider processes it to deliver the service and as described in the Privacy Policy.
Data is stored and synced automatically in the cloud-based Firebase/Firestore system. The Provider strives to keep data secure but is not liable for loss or unavailability caused by your device, internet connection, third-party service outages or unavoidable technical failures, to the extent permitted by law.
The GuriGO name, logo, interface and source code are protected. Unauthorised copying, modification, reverse engineering or misleading use of the brand is prohibited.
We may suspend or terminate accounts in case of serious breach of contract, abuse or security risk, to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is published at https://gurigo.eu/legal/terms-en.html with version number and date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms where permitted by law.
Hungarian law applies. For consumer disputes, courts at the consumer’s place of residence may have jurisdiction as provided by law.
